The Lion and the Monkey
A Tale of Strategy and Patience
🐾 The Provocation
The king of the jungle, the lion, was resting peacefully. A mischievous monkey approached, peeked at him while holding his tail, and even poked him with a stick!
🦁 The Lion's Restraint
The lion felt more annoyed than surprised. The monkey, showing no respect, teased the lion and jumped away arrogantly.
The Fox's Concern
"Such a great disgrace with the king of the jungle! And you didn't say anything to him!"
The Lion's Wisdom
"The time to say is not over yet! Just wait, you will see everything."
⚡ The Reckoning
After a few days, the monkey suddenly fell in front of the lion. The lion ended him with a single slap.
🎯 Strategic Wisdom
The lion explained: "This is politics! After that day, the monkey kicked the bear from the back, swung on the elephant, climbed the rhino's back, bothered the hyenas, and poked the tiger—telling everyone, 'I don't obey the king! Who are you there?'"
"If I had beaten him that day, everyone would say I was abusing my power as king of the jungle."
"Now, everyone will come and say, 'Thank you, Raja Saheb!' Sometimes you have to let trouble escalate so that when you act, no one objects and the problem ends completely!"
💡 The Moral
True leadership requires patience and strategic timing. Sometimes, allowing problems to reveal themselves fully ensures that your solution is welcomed by all.
